About us
We started Path & Way because we want to see people thrive
In a changing and uncertain world, there is more pressure than ever because success is hard to define. The problem is that we measure the wrong things, forgetting that relationships are at the core of human thriving and create the results we want. Redemptive coaching is our way to bring back the human approach to solving problems.
Who we are
Our mission is to serve leaders and catalyze redemptive coaching cultures. What makes us different is that every service we offer is through a coaching mindset with an intention to pass those skills and mindset on to you. We could just choose to coach, but then we would never see our vision of 1,000 organizations thriving by 2045.
Our values
Learning the path: We own our transformation journey
Intent: We act for the eternal good of others
Reliance: We trust that alignment brings growth
Boldness and Humility: We guide others along their transformation journey
The Team
Travis Hall
Co-Founder
Travis began his career in public accounting after graduating from Texas A&M University. He then spent 9 years in the Middle East using his financial expertise to co-launch a venture capital firm that invested in startups in over 20 countries. In this role, he trained as a professional coach to guide leaders in vision, strategy, and transformational change that leads to thriving. Travis co-founded Path & Way because he believes a coaching mindset is a missing piece in leadership and not enough small organizations are empowered by it. Now based in Chicago, he enjoys raising two daughters, starting a cookie business with his wife, and exploring as many types of coffee and tea as possible.
Brandon Christensen
Co-Founder
Brandon holds a BA in Business Management from Florida State University and has over 25 years of experience in leadership, sales, recruiting, healthcare, and international business. In 2016, Brandon helped to launch Adilstone Group to transform the recruiting industry with a redemptive approach. He co-founded Path & Way to offer a holistic approach to coaching and consulting that creates lasting impact for leaders and organizations. Now based in Atlanta, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters, traveling, and staying active through sports.
