After that call, we’ll send you a link to schedule a complimentary 1 on 1 coaching session. It’s our gift to you, no other expectations than just to serve.
If we both decide that future coaching is a good fit, we will create a custom development plan unique to you that typically lasts 6 months.
Towards the end of the engagement, we will help you take the value you gained from coaching and spread it to your teams. We believe that any breakthroughs you experience are not just for you, but for those you lead.
